Develop a systemwide, comprehensive flood management plan for the Central Valley to reduce flood damage and integrate ecosystem restoration.

 

The Sacramento District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and The Reclamation Board of the State of California are jointly leading the Sacramento and San Joaquin River Basins Comprehensive Study.
